Honey&Roots is aiming to bring more awareness towards a more organic and sustainable lifestyle. We do live in a world that support exposure of a non-sustainable and unhealthy lifestyle, we are being exposed to a lot of chemicals and toxins that is harmful for both the environment and ourselves - without being aware of the consequences this may have.

The conventional way of living has brought an unbalance to our health and wellbeing, including humans, animals, soil, water etc. We have seen an increase in such as obesity, illnesses and even facing antibiotic-resistance over the past decades. With this in mind, Honey&Roots believes we need to be more conscious about our everyday choices and habits. If our soil and production animals are unbalanced, unhealthy and filled with chemicals and stress, how do you think that will affect you and your own health? We need to be aware of the big picture – the ecosystem – what goes around comes around.

I'm not saying you have to be fanatic about all the choices you make, but to be more conscious and seek more information.


Honey&Roots aims to share knowledge and support a healthy living, I'm well familiar with how busy we all are in today’s fast-paced life. Prioritising self-care is the most common challenge people face. I want to inspire and motivate people to increase their health, and to understand that living healthy isn’t as hard, expensive nor time consuming as most people believe. By doing small changes you may be feeling more energised, your immune system may improve and you might see that you'll handle stress like you never done before. A sustainable healthy living will improve your overall wellbeing, you will feel much happier and smile much more often - I promise! 

I am supporting organic products of all kinds - as far as possible - Yes, sometimes the shop doesn’t have everything "organic" and its ok to start with a few organic habits to begin with. Every little step counts!

Honey&Roots mission is for the outcome to be a healthier, happier and more energetic you, surrounded by less chemicals and toxins, and more nature and living beings. To obtain a healthier sustainable lifestyle, I believe you have to look better after yourself. Prioritise self-care. Take time for a walk in nature, observe the beauty around you, laugh with friends and eat an apple.
