Lilo Ask-Henriksen is hosting an event packed full of all of her tips and tricks to show you just how easy it is to live a more sustainable lifestyle - this time focusing on food. She will introduce you with easy swaps for a hectic everyday life.

Sustainable lifestyle doesn’t mean living without luxuries but rather being aware of your resource consumption and reducing unnecessary waste - because the everyday choices we make all have an impact on our planet.

She will cover the following topics: 

-  Why a sustainable lifestyle can benefit both you and the environment

-  Why choose local, organic and sustainably sourced products 

- Health benefits of eating more organic and local 

-  Introduction to easy swaps and lifehacks for you and your home

The event will be held in the comfort of a private garden (unless its raining, then we will move it inside), so make sure to bring an extra sweater to avoid getting chilled.
