Organic Banana Chocolate Mousse

2 Ripe Bananas

1 tbsp coconut oil 

1 cup Raw Organic Cacao Powder

Optional extras: Vanilla, Maple syrup or dates to sweetner more and take away the bitterness of the dark chococlate. 


  1. In a bowl melt coconut oil and mix in cacao powder. 
  2. Mash a banana and mix in. Then using a stick blender, food processor or whisk blitz it up until smooth.
  3. Eat straight away or place in fridge to set a little harder
