Non-Caffein Heart Varming Winter latte

Keeping warm in the winter cold isn’t always easy, but this non-caffein winter latte is definitely a heart warmer and super easy to make. I love ending my days with this one as its calms me down before bed and the cinnamon stabilise my blood sugar and keep my cravings away. 

Ingredients:

2cm fresh ginger, sliced

1/2 teaspoon grounded cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon grounded cardemom

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

250 ml plant based milk

Method:

Heat the plant based milk, add all the ingredients and stir well. Just before boiling point, pour into a mug and its ready to serve.
