Ingredients (serve 2)
40g Dark chocolate ( I used Kaakao Chocolate)
1/5L plant based milk (I used Oatly)
1. Pour the milk, and chopped chocolate into a pan.
2. Bring gently to the boil, whisking until smooth.
3. Serve in individual cups/mugs topped with whipped cream (optional, I made it quickly with oatly single cream) and a little grated chocolate.
