Cacao+Collagen Truffles

This recipe is packed with healthy antioxidants, collagen for glowing skin and MCT oil a “rocket fuel for your brain”. Can you ask for a better treat?

Ingredients

1 Ripe Avocado

3 Medjool dates

2 tbsp True MCT oil

2 tbsp Cacao+Collagen powered (plus extra for rolling/coating) 

Pinch Pink Himalaya Salt

Optional: 2 tbsp honey, maple syrup (depends on preferred sweetness) 

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to your food processor or high-speed blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy.

2. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool in the fridge for a couple of hours, to firm up so that you can roll them easier. 

3. Roll 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls and roll in the extra cacao to coat. - Optional: you can add the mixture into mould(s) if you don’t want to rolle them.

4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer

Tips: let the mixture cool in the fridge for a couple of hours (or freezer for shorter time), to firm up so that you can roll them easier.
