I love food and specially healthy food, it makes me feel more energised and lighter in a way. I prefer natural flavours and I know the benefits of the variety of veggies has on my health and wellbeing. In short you could say that each colour has its speciality, and together all the colours and variations gives your body a synergy effect - fuelling your cells. We want our cells to be fully fuelled and equipped with all the right "tools" (read nutrients) it needs to keep us healthy and energised.
ORGANIC VS CONVENTIONAL
I always choose organic as they contains less to none, harmful chemicals and toxins. No need to add more "work" for your cells, and research also found that organic products has 60% more nutrients than conventional food, it's also much better for the wildlife and the soil. Should be an easy choice - if you ask me 😏🤗🦄
OVEN ROASTED VEGGIES
So why not do like me, throw a bunch of colourful veggies in the oven (175 degrees for approx 25min) with a splash of Extra Virgin Oil or Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Himalayan salt and pepper 👌🏼
